St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Monday recorded its fourth homicide in eight days.

The latest victim is a man who was shot in Belmont tonight (Monday) and died in hospital while receiving treatment.

The death brings the homicide count this year to 22, following a record 55 last year, 52 of which were classified as murder.

Two men were shot and killed in the country last week.

Also, a security guard at the School for Children with Special Needs in Kingstown was found on the compound with his throat slashed.

    Can you give an explanation for this? I can. The hedge is broken down in SVG and the one who kill, steal, and destroy is on the rampage. What SVG need is someones to stand in the “GAP” a new Government who can establish peace in the nation of SVG.
