There are warning signs all over the Toronto airport reminding travelers that transporting marijuana across international borders is illegal. I guess he didn’t notice any of them, just as he failed to notice that his stash got mistakenly packed in his suitcase. And he has the nerve to rail about a $67 EC fine? Oh, please!
